Description:
The HP85-991High Profile OptiLedge load carriers are designed for
use with most common pallet jacks, forklift trucks and motorized
Pallet trucks.
Material:
The OptiLedge is made from 100% virgin high impact copolymer
polypropylene (PP). The material is 100% recyclable and is
highly desired and valued by recyclers. If required the OptiLedge
can be produced with antistatic properties.

The OptiLedge ... Logic at work
The OptiLedge is ultra-light
A pair of OptiLedge unit load carriers weighs approximately two pounds. They are fixed in place with ordinary straps and/or stretch film. The unitized load can be handled with a forklift or a hand jack, in the same manner as a palletized load would be.
The OptiLedge is strong
A pair of OptiLedge unit load carriers are capable of supporting 3,000 pounds in a normal transport mode environment and over 8,000 pounds (4 tons) of products in a static, warehouse stack environment. Four OptiLedge carriers can handle 16,000 pounds (8 tons) in a warehouse stack environment and 6,000 pounds in a normal transport mode.

The product and transport device is always an exact fit, avoiding the limitations of shipping on single-sized, standard platforms. What's more, wasteful, costly and potentially dangerous unit load platform mismatches are also eliminated.
The OptiLedge is efficient
The elimination of overhang and underhang greatly reduces the amount of empty air in warehouse facilities or containers. These higher fill rates provide a significantly leaner and more efficient unit load system.

The non-organic, completely hygienic and phytosanitary OptiLedge does not absorb moisture or retain contaminants such as toxins, molds and bacteria, protecting the product and producing a healthier environment for workers.
